Biography

Holding a college diploma, communications option and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Laval University, Michelle has continually immersed herself in the multidisciplinary sphere of human resources throughout her career. Equipped with her many years of experience acquired in the retail trade, first for the Compagnie La Baie of Hudson, particularly to the Zellers store division, and by Subsequently, she worked in the field of damage insurance for more than 12 years. Michelle joined the family of Jean Fortin & Associates on August 2, 2021. Member of the order of certified human resources advisors, she is proud to be able to contribute in turn to the sustainability of the company.
